Back to case studiesContent Creator
Entertainment influencer with audiences in Arabic, English and Spanish — long-form content turned into viral clips at scale.
The creator had audiences in three languages but one team — and couldn't reach all of them.
Curator produced high-quality long-form content — but reach was limited by language and volume. Publishing in Arabic, English and Spanish required separate teams, manual editing and a distribution logistics impossible to scale without multiplying costs.
The result: only a fraction of the potential audience received the content, and publishing frequency was too low for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram algorithms to favor the accounts. Consistency and volume are key — and without automation, they were out of reach.
We built a pipeline that automatically detects the best moments from each video, clips them and distributes to all three accounts with no human intervention.
The strategy was to separate production from distribution. The creator records once — the system handles the rest. Smart auto-clipping to identify highest-engagement moments, precise cutting with FFmpeg, and automated publishing to each account by language and platform.
Multilingual auto-clipping with automatic distribution on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
The system analyzes each long-form video to identify segments with the highest viral potential: rhythm changes, impactful lines, humor or tension moments. FFmpeg cuts the clips with frame-level precision, normalizes audio and exports them optimized for each platform — different proportions and bitrates for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
Each clip is automatically published to the account matching the content's language: Arabic, English or Spanish. Distribution runs in parallel on YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels, with auto-generated captions and hashtags for each language. 10 clips per account, every day, with zero creator involvement.
30 clips a day. Three audiences. One system.
With the pipeline active, Curator went from sporadic publishing to 30 daily clips distributed across three accounts and three platforms. The frequency boosted organic reach in each language — algorithms started favoring the accounts for their consistency and volume.
The creator reclaimed their time to focus on producing quality content, knowing the system extracts maximum value from every video. Three distinct audiences, one production effort — multiplied by automation.

“Before, I'd record a video and reach a fraction of my audience. Now every video becomes 30 clips that reach three languages automatically. It's like having three teams working 24/7.”
