The DJ had a YouTube channel that was their main revenue source: organic views, client leads, and brand ad sales. The problem was production — finding trending songs, mixing them well, animating backgrounds, editing the video and uploading everything took days of work.
With only 4 videos per month, the YouTube algorithm wasn't favoring them. Consistency and frequency are key to growing on the platform — but without a production team, scaling without sacrificing quality was impossible.
We automated every stage of the production pipeline, from song discovery to final publishing — with no manual intervention.
The strategy was to build a modular system where each stage feeds the next autonomously: trending research → curation → mixing → video generation → publishing. The DJ only approves the final output.

The system starts with the Spotify API to identify the highest-engagement and fastest-growing songs in the DJ's key niches. An agent analyzes stream metrics, saves, and playlist adds to automatically select songs with the highest viral potential.
Once selected, Python + FFmpeg handle the auto-mixing: intelligent crossfade, beat matching, level normalization, and intro/outro structure. The result sounds like a hand-mixed set. In parallel, ComfyUI generates visual backgrounds combining real DJ footage with AI-generated scenes — loops, visualizations, and atmospheres that sync with the music. Remotion assembles the final video, adds engagement elements like trivia and overlays, and exports it ready to upload.
From 4 a month to 300. Without touching an editor.
The system publishes 10 videos per day distributed across multiple YouTube accounts. What used to take days of work now happens in minutes. The DJ went from 4 videos per month to over 300 — a 75x increase — without hiring editors or producers.
The increase in consistency boosted organic reach and views. More content means more inventory to sell brand advertising, more monetization opportunities, and a channel that grows on autopilot while the DJ focuses on what they actually do: make music.
