Alejo Pires A notary who cannot advertise, explaining procedures in question and answer videos.

Alejo Pires is a notary in Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina, and the spokesperson for iNOTARY, a management system for notary offices. Because the notary association does not allow advertising, all of his content answers questions. Since August 2026 we research what works in his field, edit his videos from his own footage and publish them on four networks. From August 7 to October 19 they added up to 209,600 views.

Collaboration in progress

We're working on this case right now.

This engagement is under way: below is what is already running. Once there are end-to-end results, we will add them here.

What we did

  • Question and answer video editing from his own footage
  • Subtitles checked word by word
  • Animated diagrams of the objects in each video
  • Publishing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
The challenge

Explaining notary procedures without advertising

The notary association doesn't allow advertising. The account had to teach: explain how to inherit, buy a property, sign a power of attorney or settle an estate, without selling and without giving specific legal advice.

How we did it

Teaching without selling, and learning who each video speaks to

A case in progress: what we have done so far, step by step, and what we have learned.

  4. 04Web and conversion, not part of the work

  1. Researchsince July 2026

What works in notary services, real estate and inheritance

We tracked the best performing videos about notary services, property sales and inheritance, and saved more than 2,000 posts from the field to study their hooks. We also mapped reference accounts in the niche.

    What we found

A notary cannot advertise or give direct legal advice. The way out was for all the content to answer questions: someone asks and Alejo explains. He validated that format with the notary association himself before we started.

  2. Contentsince August 2026

His own videos, edited every day

Alejo preferred not to use an avatar, so we work with his footage: he records his answers and uploads them to a shared folder. We transcribe his audio without rewriting it and check it against a second transcription, cut the silences and add subtitles, a title, a diagram of the objects he talks about and music he chose. Since October, his folder is checked every day and anything new is edited and scheduled automatically. We publish on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

    What we found

What performs best is inheritance and the traps of buying and selling property, told from a concrete situation. «Falleció y nadie encuentra los papeles» (someone died and nobody can find the papers) reached 25,910 views on TikTok, and «Firmaste, pagaste y el vendedor murió antes de escriturar» (you signed, you paid and the seller died before the deed) reached 14,917 on Instagram. The videos comparing iNOTARY with other AI tools perform poorly.

  3. Analytics

    Who each video speaks to

Since September Alejo records for two audiences: the community, people with a problem with their paperwork, and other notaries and their teams. We measure what draws each one.

    What we found

What gets the most views is not what the business needs. The videos for the community are the ones that take off, but they draw a general audience, not notaries, who are the ones who use iNOTARY. That is why, since October, we also work on the company's account, with content made for notaries.

How it went

  1. Jul 2026Research of the field starts and the question and answer format is defined
  2. Aug 2026Editing of his videos and publishing on four networks starts
  3. Sep 23, 2026He starts recording for two audiences: the community and other notaries
  4. Oct 2026Every video is edited and scheduled automatically, and the work adds the iNOTARY account
