Lawyers sell by the hour. Every hour spent on content is money lost.
Bissu Abogados needed social presence to capture leads — but every hour a lawyer spent recording, writing captions, or thinking about carousels was an hour not billed to a client. The opportunity cost of producing content was sky-high.
Traditional alternatives failed: hiring a community manager produced generic content with no legal authority; outsourcing to an agency required approving piece by piece; asking lawyers to write does not scale and breaks the moment a big case lands.
We designed a closed pipeline: lawyers approve topics once a month, the system produces and publishes daily, and corrections apply without rewriting from scratch.
The strategy separated the human input (what to say, what tone, which cases to reference) from production (recording, editing, captions, carousel, publishing). The legal team only intervenes in the strategic phase — the system does the rest.
Daily lipsync + carousel pipeline + automated scheduler.
Every morning the pipeline takes the approved topics, generates a script in the Bissu tone validated against the firm's archive, produces the reel with a lipsync avatar, adds title overlay and karaoke subtitles, crops the watermark, and schedules publication on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for 11 AM ART.
In parallel, a carousel system produces educational pieces on corporate, tax, and compliance law — with the firm's visual identity, without any lawyer opening Figma. Carousels sync with the Instagram grid and also reach Pinterest. The entire operation runs from a single script with a daily cron.
Zero billable hours lost. Four active channels. Every day.
Bissu Abogados publishes daily on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube without any lawyer interrupting their workday. Inbound social inquiries grew consistently without sacrificing the team's billable time.
The firm went from sporadic presence to a professional grid across four platforms, with content that reinforces its authority in corporate law. The system runs itself and learns: every published video feeds the next round of topics based on engagement.

“Before, thinking about content meant thinking about unbilled hours. Now content publishes itself every day and we keep practicing law. That is exactly what the firm needed.”
