Bprosys

From a 4 page site to a system that books meetings with companies.

Bprosys automates business processes and staffs tech talent from Panama, where it has worked since 2011, with projects in 7 countries. Claura built its new website, content, CRM, a WhatsApp and Instagram bot, and Meta and Google ads pointing to an assessment page. In the first week of those ads, 4 meetings were booked.

We're working on this case right now.

This engagement is under way: below is what is already running. Once there are end-to-end results, we will add them here.

The challenge

A 4 page website and social accounts starting almost from zero

Bprosys sells large projects to companies, but its website was a 4 page site that did not convert, and its Instagram started July with 46 followers. It needed presence and a clear path to a meeting with the sales team.

The buyer is the head of technology at companies with more than 200 people in Panama, Colombia and Mexico: someone who looks closely at who they trust with a project.

Our Strategy

The base first, then the ads

From July to September we built the base: a new visual identity around the original logo, a bilingual website with a blog, and content featuring an AI avatar of CEO Justo Torrente with his own voice. In October, with that base in place, the focus moved to Meta and Google ads pointing to an assessment page with a video, and automatic replies started sending guides to anyone who comments a keyword.

The solution

A complete path to the meeting

The assessment page has a short video and its own booking calendar. People who book get WhatsApp reminders 24 hours, 2 hours and 10 minutes before the call, plus a page with their meeting details. People who leave their details without booking get an automatic WhatsApp message to pick up the conversation. Everything lands in the CRM with the source of each contact.

Meanwhile, the blog already has 81 published guides on automation, AI and tech staffing, and those guides are also sent by direct message to people who comment on a post.

Early results

Early numbers

Between July and September, monthly social views went from 5,168 to 30,215 and Instagram went from 46 to 160 followers. In the first week of the new ads, the website got 637 visits, more than in all of September, and 4 meetings were booked: one of them came after the WhatsApp bot followed up with someone who had left their details without booking.

In that first week, the static authority ad outperformed the videos, so the next ads are built on that idea.
