The company doubled in size in its second year and wanted to grow its marketing without adding permanent staff. It was starting from zero in marketing, with a large archive of project photos, videos and interviews collected over two years.

Its clients do not come from ads: they come through referrals and, before calling, check the website and social accounts to confirm the company is serious. Content had to work as proof of reliability, not as mass lead generation.

Together with the Mara team, we defined the four types of client behind a serious project: private owners, architects or interior designers, foreign investors and funds. Content is split among them and favors formats that show how a project gets built.

Claura produces construction timelapses and before and afters recreated with AI from real photos of each project, animated walkthroughs of finished apartments, carousels and stories. Stories go out on their own every day, and every morning a new before and after is prepared for review.

The new website is in progress, with the blog migrated and the old site's addresses already redirected.
