WorldTeams Qualified contacts without ads: from 3.0 to 5.9 a month.

WorldTeams places remote staff with architecture firms in the United States and works with more than 250 firms. Claura migrated its WordPress site to a new website, runs its SEO for classic and AI search engines, produces its content and logs the source of every contact. Qualified contacts arriving without ads went from 3.0 to 5.9 a month.

What we did

  • WordPress site migrated to a new website (391 pages)
  • SEO for classic and AI search engines
  • Guides and articles for the blog
  • Short videos with an AI avatar
  • Bot that answers Instagram messages
  • Source of every contact logged in the CRM
  • LinkedIn content for 5 team profiles
The challenge

A hard audience and fewer contacts from Google.

Its ideal client is the owner of a US architecture firm, an audience that barely uses social media. Its Instagram had around 1,400 followers and producing content depended on the founder's time.

On top of that, contacts from organic search had dropped since Google started answering with AI summaries, and in the first measurements its website was not among the sources cited by ChatGPT and Gemini.

How we did it

From viral Revit shortcuts to the firm owner who actually hires

This is how we have worked with WorldTeams since July 2026, step by step, and what we learned along the way.

  1. Researchsince July 2026

Who WorldTeams is for, and where the industry talks

Its ideal client is the owner or principal of an architecture firm in the United States, an audience that barely uses social media. We set up a radar of industry accounts on Instagram and TikTok: out of 510 accounts reviewed, 21 made the cut. We also track 40 industry topics along with the videos that perform best in each one.

    What we found

On Instagram and TikTok, direct competition barely exists: the companies offering staff to architecture firms had between 108 and 7,673 followers and 0 to 15 likes per post. The industry conversation happens on LinkedIn, where 6 of the 7 competitors on the radar are. So on Instagram and TikTok we follow accounts to learn formats, not to watch rivals.

  2. Contentsince July 2026

Daily videos with an avatar of Camila, plus guides for the blog

We post every day on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook: videos with an AI avatar of Camila, from the WorldTeams team, speaking in Camila's own voice, plus carousels, stories and guides for the blog. Every fact in a piece needs a source, and anything without one does not go out. Since October 5 we also write LinkedIn posts for 5 personal profiles on the team, twice a week each.

    What we found

The Revit videos, about the software architects work in, were the ones that took off: the one with four shortcuts reached 27,393 views, while the account's median over the previous twelve months was 415 per reel. But of the 111 people who downloaded the shortcut sheet and said who they were, 57 were students and 46 were architects or drafters; only 8 ran a firm or led a team. What goes viral does not always sell. We built an audience map with the firm owner at the center and shifted topics toward the business side, without dropping Revit.

  3. Agentsince August 2026

An agent that answers on Instagram and delivers the guides

An AI agent answers Instagram messages in English, using what the WorldTeams website says, and notes what field each person works in and whether they are ready to book. Anyone who comments a word on a video, like SHORTCUTS, gets the guide in a private message. Then we write back to ask whether they are an architect or work at a US firm, and ask for their email to send another resource.

  4. Web and conversionsince July 29, 2026

A new website that kept what already ranked, open to AI

The new site went live on worldteams.com on July 29 and replaced 391 WordPress pages, 168 of them by city and service: 381 kept their address and the rest redirect to their new page. The review after launch went through 411 pages and found no technical errors. We left it open to AI search engines, marked up the FAQs on 19 pages so Google can read them, and added new guides to the blog. Every form saves the contact with its source.

    What we found

Of the 2,757 clicks the site got from Google in four weeks, August 24 to September 20, 2,491 came from people already searching for WorldTeams by name. And the city pages were nearly the same text with a different city: their 146 versions added up to 2 clicks. Instead of pushing them, on September 23 we added 23 links inside 21 blog posts pointing to the service pages Google was already showing between positions 5 and 20.

  5. CRMsince July 2026

Every contact with its source, in both CRMs

WorldTeams has had its own CRM since July. Every form on the site saves the contact there with its channel, campaign and landing page, and also in the CRM its sales team already used. We added the people who wrote in by private message and recorded on each company record the source of its first contact.

  6. Analyticssince August 2026

Separating what the work brings from what ads bring

We count as ours what comes from social media without ads and from private messages; what advertising brings stays out of the count. What comes from Google or straight to the site is compared against the same period before. In Google Analytics we split out visits that come from AI assistants. Every week we review the numbers with the WorldTeams team, with a presentation covering the last two weeks.

    What we found

A first calculation showed 41% more visits from Google. When we broke it down by country, what was growing was the home page viewed from Argentina: 755 against 101 from the United States, people looking for work, not firms looking to hire. Since then every number is broken down by country and only counts visits with real engagement. On that basis, from August 1 to 25 against the same stretch of July, engaged visits from the United States rose 10% from search and 33% from social media.
