Patagonia Living A ski travel offering prepared for the international market.

Patagonia Living combines destinations, hotels and services that call for a considered presentation. We built an English-language website and content in the brand’s voice to explain that experience to international travelers. We also organized agency business development by country and language, supporting both direct sales and partnerships.

We're working on this case right now.

Work continues with the client’s team. This case brings together the implemented solution, the decisions behind it and its evolution.

The solution we built

An offering organized for international travelers and agencies

The website organizes regions, ski resorts, hotels and services. The CRM records existing contacts and agencies identified as potential partners, including country, language and conversation stage.

The brand can present its offer with concrete information and track each conversation by country, language and stage. Content and guides share the founder’s voice, with communications designed for international travelers.

The challenge

Presenting trips with information that helps people choose

The brand needed to replace poetic language with concrete trip information and organize follow-up with its US and Bariloche contacts.

The decisions behind the case

Giving travelers context and business contacts continuity

The decisions behind this case.

  1. Content

A distinct voice for the international traveler

Reels, carousels and stories are produced in English with a direct tone developed with the brand. They present its ski destinations and, since October, include the founder’s avatar in selected pieces.

  2. Web and conversion

    Answering questions about the trip

Pages and guides explain destinations and services in straightforward English. Content uses the founder’s perspective to present the ski experience the brand offers.

  3. CRM

Knowing the status of each conversation

Existing contacts and prospective agencies are organized by country, language and conversation stage. The team can review context, find contact details and continue follow-up from the last exchange.
